About Suneet Singal
Licensed real estate broker Suneet Singal serves as Principal of the San Francisco-based commercial real estate development firm Surprise Development, Inc. Focusing his energy on launching consistent real estate development positions and developing unbreakable consumer acceptance initiatives. Suneet Singal spearheads a myriad of exigent duties, including acquisitions, deal structures, and financing for Surprise Development, Inc. and has finalized over a dozen new projects and secured strong relationships with vendors and partners since joining the company in 2007.
Apart from his professional duties in the real estate sector, Suneet Singal strives to develop and expand his multitude of different commercial pursuits. With a solid groundwork in business, Singal brings forth his vast capabilities and command in a number of ventures, such as partnering in a strategic development holding company, a project management firm, and a media and distribution company. Suneet Singal also serves as an MMA product distributor and the owner of Tre Nightclub and Restaurant, Vittore Brothers, ABW Holding, and a clothing design group.
Suneet Singal earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. A current resident of Sacramento, California, Suneet Singal is an active member of numerous commercial real estate organizations and serves as Advisor to the Estate of Grace Project.
